Abstract
We recently renamed some of the Ethernet adapters in our ThinkSystem portfolio. This article explains what products were renamed.
Introduction
Lenovo recently renamed some existing Ethernet adapters. The following table shows the adapters that have been renamed. The table also includes links to the relevant product guides for more information about each adapter.

Renaming these adapters was done for a couple of reasons:
- We wanted to indicate that 25Gb Ethernet adapters also support 10Gb Ethernet connections
- We wanted the name to indicator the name of the controller
These changes should help customers better understand the capabilities of our network adapters.
