Richard French

Richard French has worked for over 30 years at IBM, with the last nine in System x pre-sales Technical Education as a Senior Instructional Designer / Instructor. He is the course author and instructor of many System x and BladeCenter classroom courses, and leads the technical team that develops IBM Flex System course curriculum. He holds numerous certifications from IBM, Microsoft, and CompTIA, and has assisted in developing IBM certification exams. He is based in Raleigh NC.
